Alhambra Tutor

Julie is available to tutor students in TK-12th grade in various subjects, including reading, writing, math, science, and history. Julie is available at our Alhambra location. She is also proficient in reading, writing, and speaking Spanish, making her available to communicate with families conversationally, tutor students in dual immersion programs, and tutor students learning Spanish as a foreign language.

Julie began working with students in various after-school and tutoring programs in 2019. She has honed her skills in creating a supportive and engaging learning environment. Currently pursuing a degree in political science at the California State University of Bakersfield, Julie brings a deep understanding of social sciences to her tutoring sessions. Fluent in Spanish and English, she effectively communicates with students and their grown-ups and can also tutor students in a dual immersion program and those learning the Spanish language.

Julie's tutoring expertise spans a wide range of subjects, including reading, writing, math, science, history, English, and Spanish. She is dedicated to helping students develop strong foundational skills in these areas. Recognizing the importance of a personalized approach, Julie believes in tailoring her teaching methods to suit each student's unique learning style and abilities.
